PC System Requirements

• Intel 486 processor
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Service pack 4, Windows XP Service pack 3, Windows Vista
• Windows 95, 95plus, Win 98, Win Me, Windows 3.5 Windows NT4.0 are NOT supported
• VGA Display Card
• CD ROM Drive
• 512Mb RAM
• 1Gb of free hard disc space (A large hard drive is required for storing audio files in general)

Recommendations:

• Windows XP or Windows Vista
• Core 2 Dual Core or better CPU
• Super VGA or better
• 2 Gb installed RAM or more
• Audio Card and speakers
• Sufficient disc space for large audio files
• CD ROM drive
• Printer for chart printing
• AVtransfer can also read OMF or other files from Macintosh drives directly (requires Mac Opener installed on the machine).

Additional note for Windows 2000 users:
Windows 2000 includes ODBC in the operating system but you may still need the appropriate database driver for the type of database you wish to read eg. dBase, CSV, ... Installing a suitable database or ODBC data source enabled program (i.e. one that can read your database files) will install the appropriate database drivers on the system. eg Microsoft Access or Excell will install dBase and CSV, two common database formats.
